| More Info Enabled |
The Cisco Networking Academy curriculum has an optional version that is "More Info Enabled." It has additional hyper-links that lead students to high bandwidth, multimedia content to reinforces core concepts within the course. Offering More Info Enabled curriculum requires that curriculum have an "E" version available and that the Academy has implemented the required additional Cisco hardware in accordance with program guidelines. |
| Multiple Forms |
Some exams may have multiple forms. Multiple forms are created to cover the same content and consist of approximately the same number of items and equivalent difficulty. These multiple forms give instructors increased flexibility in the administration of assessments. Multiple Forms are usually accompanied with Proficiency Reports. |
| NetLab |
The NetLab bundle is a package comprised of both hardware and software. It is designed to operate in conjunction with the basic CCNA router equipment pod. This bundle enables an instructor to maximize the use of their routers and is an excellent classroom management tool. The management front end allows an instructor to give scheduled 24x7 access to students. |

| Personalized Feedback |
Personalized feedback is provided to students upon the completion of certain exams. This feedback provides students with links to areas of the curriculum that they have not yet mastered, as measured by incorrect responses to items on that exam. Proficiency Feedback can be used to guide further study, but should not be considered a comprehensive indication of which curriculum can be bypassed. Proficiency Feedback is available only in courses that are delivered dynamically. |
| Proficiency Report |
These reports provide feedback on a student's proficiency level as measured by their performance on an assessment activity. The proficiency report will also contain information about the knowledge and skills that the student has probably mastered, as well as those that the student has probably not yet mastered. |
| Pre-Test |
Pre-tests are given at the beginning of a course. They are used to 1) help instructors determine the level of a student's knowledge and tailor instruction accordingly 2) measure student progress. In general pre-tests are designed to make broad claims about student's level of skill and knowledge, not to provide detailed information about each objective. |
