A: Cisco Certified Network Professional certification is broken up into four individual exams. Cisco recommends taking an exam after completing course of the CCNP curriculum.

A: The CCNP test is given at Prometric or Pearson VUE testing centers worldwide.
Q: What is Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) Program?
A: The CCIE program has no required curriculum, although many of Cisco's commercial classes taught by Cisco's Training Partners are suggested prerequisites to the CCIE exam. The exam consists of both written and practical exams. CCIEs have world-renowned internetworking expertise and are widely thought to be the most knowledgeable networking personnel available.

A: CATCs sign contracts that list their commitments as well as Cisco's commitments to them.. The CATC contract is provided only to certain Cisco-selected CATC candidates. Local Academies agree to an online contact. Both types of Academies are required to follow the guidelines outlined in the Quality Assurance Plan.
