schools to become Cisco Networking Academies.
Q: What are the requirements to become a Career College Academy?
Academic accreditation from a regional, state,
or national accreditation body
Enter into contractual agreement with Cisco
and remit cost recovery program fees
Ability to deliver quality training within the
framework of the Quality Assurance Plan
Completion and submission of the
application. Once submitted, the Area Academy Manager will
follow up with you directly.

A: Accredited Career Colleges are private, post-secondary
schools that provide career specific educational programs.
Participating institutions are primarily business colleges
and technology institutes across the country, specializing
in IT programs.
Q: What types of fees are associated with the Accredited
Career College Program?
Program Access Fees: Flat fee per academy location,
per year
Student Fees: Billed per student, per curriculum

the same curriculum as non-profit Academies?
A: Yes. Course content and program structure are consistent between both
non-profit and Career College Academies.

A: Career College Academies, like non-profit local Academies,
are responsible for purchasing their own lab equipment.
Q: Are course delivery guidelines and timeframes consistent
between the Accredited Career College and non-profit programs?
A: Yes, course delivery guidelines are consistent with the non-profit
program. Both programs abide by the same Quality Assurance Plan.
