 Curriculum to IT Career

Initially created to prepare students for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certifications, the Academy curriculum has expanded by offering additional courses sponsored by both Cisco and other top IT industry leaders. Currently, there are 16 courses within nine curricula covering various IT concepts and skills. Most courses prepare students for industry-recognized certification, which is a welcome addition to any resume. These curricula are also an excellent foundation for higher education in engineering, computer science and management information systems. Working professionals in the 21st century will find that whatever career they choose, knowledge in basic IT skills will prove to be a necessity.
